Chad A. Paulson, PE - Public Sector Leader
As Public Sector Leader, Chad manages SGM’s municipality and utility district clients.  He has extensive experience in design, construction and management of municipal projects. Chad has served as project manager, process engineer and lead design engineer on numerous wastewater treatment facilities, water treatment facilities, municipal pump stations (raw water, drinking water and sewage) and system infrastructure projects. Since joining SGM in 2000, Chad has worked for nearly every long-term client of SGM. Chad is also a Class D Wastewater Operator and Certified Water Professional.

Robert W. Pennington, PE - Wastewater Team Leader
Bob has a vast and varied background in wastewater and water related fields ranging from small individual sewage disposal systems for residences to large regional wastewater treatment facilities; and individual domestic water wells and pressure systems to large water source development, treatment and distribution systems for major municipalities. His recent focus has been the permitting, design, operation and construction management of wastewater treatment facilities that incorporate influent lift stations and offsite pumping facilities with force mains. Bob presently holds a Class C Wastewater Operator license and is a Certified Water Professional.

Brandyn Bair, PE - Design Engineer II
Brandyn has worked for SGM since 2003 and has experience in the design and construction management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, water/wastewater pump stations, water storage tanks, water and sewer line reconstructions, road reconstructions, roundabout design, and drainage projects. Brandyn also has experience in the Colorado Department of Health and Environment permitting process for water and wastewater treatment plants. In addition, Brandyn is a Class D Wastewater Operator and Certified Water Professional.

Cooper Best, PE - Project Manager
Cooper has over nine years of experience in planning, permitting and design of water and wastewater projects throughout North and Central America. His experience includes master planning, state and federal permitting, and municipal water and wastewater treatment. In addition to regulatory compliance and assistance, Cooper also has experience in corrosion control, disinfection byproducts, and process optimization.

Adam Racette, PE - Design Engineer I
Adam is involved with the design of sanitary sewer conveyance systems and wastewater treatment facilities. He conducts kinetic calculations, hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing and layout design, preparation of project manuals and equipment selection. His involvement ranges from Design Engineer to Project Engineer and includes interaction with clients on a weekly basis.
