SGM handled the design and provided the expertise to prepare and submit the Site Application, Process Design Report and Final Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents. Construction for this new 0.75 MGD Aero-Mod extended aeration, nutrient removal treatment facility was completed in January 2004.
