This $200 million revitalization of Mt. Crested Butte's town center will include four new buildings - containing lodging units, conference center, transportation center, professional offices, restaurant and retail space, a spa/gym facility and underground parking - located at the base of the ski area. SGM is acting as civil/traffic engineer for the project.
