| This golf course development in Carbondale, Colorado covered an area of approximately 520 acres and required work on an 18-hole public golf course, extensive trails and parks systems, a reclaimed Crystal River riparian corridor and a resident village area. SGM provided all aspects of engineering and surveying services, including the incorporation of a water quality management program for the golf course and the development of roadways, bridges and civil infrastructure for the subdivisions.
