| Completed in 2002, the Aspen Highlands project consisted of designing on-mountain utilities, including potable water, sanitary, sewer, gas, electric, phone to mid-mountain and rerouting snowmaking capabilities to the lower portion of the mountain. Additionally, SGM provided survey, design and construction administration services for the roads, bridge, water, sewer, shallow utilities and a 500,000 gallon water tank and new pressure zone to the subdivision, Aspen Highlands Village.
