The project began as a Corridor Feasibility Study and consisted of conceptual planning and engineering for an alternate route to bypass downtown Glenwood Springs. The construction of Midland Avenue was completed in two phases, totaling $5 million. SGM handled the conceptual design, final design, cost estimates, survey, contract administration and construction management.
