Bill Swigert, a senior structural engineer, brings over 25 years of civil and structural engineering experience to SGM. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Bill is a 1976 graduate of Metropolitan State College with a degree in civil engineering and is currently enrolled in the University of Colorado's Master Engineering Management Program. Recognized for his work in the planning, design and support of major projects throughout the country, he joined SGM in 2000 following a distinguished engineering career with Denver area firms. In addition to Colorado registration, he is a registered Structural Engineer in the state of Washington. At SGM, Bill leads the Structural Engineering Division.
